Dr. Jijith. C. Ravindran
Inspired about ayurveda through my sister Dr. Suseela Saji (BAMS), senior consulting physician of Nagarjuna Herbal Concentration Ltd, Thodupuzha, kerala and Sowparnika Ayurnikethan (Ayurveda hospital), Poonkunnam, Thrissur, Kerala.
After the basic educations in Kerala, I completed BAMS (Ayurveda Acharya) from Gomantak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya and Research centre, Shiroda, Goa ( Affiliated to Goa University) in 2012.
Then a six months of Gurukulam style training in Panchabhautik chikitsa under Dr. Vivek Haldavnekar (BAMS, Ph.D), Kolhapur, Maharasthra.
Then worked under Dr. Suseela Saji for two years at Sowparnika Ayurniketan Ayurveda and Panchakarma hospital as a junior physician.
Did Yoga Instructor Course from Swamy Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhan Samsthana, Bangaluru in October 2014.
Now practicing Ayurveda at Santhgiri Ayurveda hospital, Vasco, Goa.
I practice the traditional Kerala style Ayurveda treatment along with my specialty treatment method called Panchabhautik Chikitsa in which the diagnosis is done through the percussion on abdomen and the pulse diagnosis. This examination in empty stomach increase the accuracy of treatment even with minimal dose of medicines. The advantage of this method is, the treatment acts on the root of disease and break the pathology with minimum medicines. As the aim of Ayurveda is to protect the health of healthy and to cure the disease of a patient, I practice the science by holding the basic philosophy of ayurveda. I believe in educating the public about their body, health and diseases so that they become the best care takers of their health.

Laura Hamblyn (Vasu Devi)

A fully qualified and accredited Energetic Therapist

Laura’s journey into energetic healing started in her early 20’s.
After viral fatigue which was not improving through traditional medicine Laura started to explore energetic therapies.
(Homeopathy, Chinese medicine, and Reiki)
The impact holistic therapy had was so profound that Laura felt called to study and explore this further, however it was in the start of 2014 when her true calling came to her.

While working as a retail buyer, she took a 10-day break to go on a spiritual retreat to the south of India. This was truly life changing and the start of an awakening.
Laura then spent the next 5 years studying intensely with Shanti Mission, a
Worldwide school for the soul, based just outside of Sydney Australia.

In 2019 Laura completed one of her biggest life goals, to become and Ignite Your Spirit (IYS) Therapist. Along the way Laura has also trained as a Crystal Dreaming practitioner, a unique modality allowing clients to journey into past life, and unconscious events to heal trauma.
Ignite Your Spirit is a form of spiritual counselling which practically and sensitively assists people to release blocks in their mind, body and energy field which are causing limitation or frustration.
Ignite Your Spirit Therapy focuses on the 8 main chakras, which hold energetic patterns, using a combination of affirmations and energetic work, these blockages can be cleared and replace with positive energy.
IYS is particularly useful for people wishing to shift the energy in relationships with themselves, their careers and working relationships, their families and their capacity to embody wealth.

Shamir Chadha Singh

From a vastly multicultural background, with Indian Sikh and Hindu heritage born in Singapore and raised in Austria, Shamir devoted himself to embodied spirituality very early in his life. The journey led him to deeply studying a wide range of healing modalities as well as being initiated in an ancient Hindu Bhakti Yoga lineage, in service to the greater good of all.
Along his path all across the planet connecting deeply to indigeneous elders and the wisdom of the earth his initiations and teachings continued. In depth studies of our multidimensional reality, the ley lines and energy structures of our earth and sound as the fabric of creation lead him to a very unique way of translating consciousness and supporting us to remember and embody who we have truly come here to be.
In recent years Shamir has been calling the Sacred Isle of Avalon, in Glastonbury the Southwest of England his home. In grounding in the United Kingdom Shamir deeply connected to his Sikh heritage which is guiding his practice today. Sacred sound and many other ways of alchemy are now Shamir Sigh's offerings to the world.

Feryal Shadi
*Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner | Breathwork Facilitator | Naturopath | Yoga & Energy Medicine Therapist*
I am a holistic practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting people in reconnecting to their bodies, restoring balance, and releasing long-held emotional and physical tension. My work centers around the ancient Taoist medicine of Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage and conscious breathwork, two deeply transformative practices that go straight to the core—literally and energetically.
Chi Nei Tsang works directly with the abdomen—the body’s energetic and emotional center—to support digestion, detoxification, organ function, and emotional processing. Through massaging the internal organs, this modality helps to release stagnation, unravel stored trauma, and awaken the natural flow of chi (life force energy) throughout the body.
Paired with guided breathwork, we create a pathway for deep nervous system regulation, cellular oxygenation, and emotional release. The breath becomes a bridge between the conscious and subconscious—activating the body’s innate healing intelligence and helping clients access stillness, clarity, and vitality.
My approach is integrative, heart-centered, and trauma-aware. Sessions are uniquely tailored, drawing on my background in naturopathic nutrition, yoga and energy and sound therapy to create a deeply nourishing space for restoration and reconnection.
Whether you’re navigating chronic stress, digestive issues, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking to come home to yourself—this work meets you where you are, and gently guides you back to balance from the inside out.

Kirsty Apshara Kaur

Kirsty Apshara Kaur is a natural healer who works with kambo, herbs, and loving guidance for the souls. With a background in psycho-spiritual counselling, psychedelic plant medicines, and over a decade of deep inner work, her practice is rooted in, care, curiosity, and the trust that healing is always possible. She holds a Master’s degree in Art and Ecology, bringing together creativity, connection to the earth, ancestral wisdom, and a love for the unseen threads that tie everything together. Kirsty makes tinctures and herbal remedies, guided by intuition, dreams and the quiet wisdom of the plants. She follows the path of Sikhi, devoted to Ik Ongar, and moves through her work with presence, joy, and a twinkle of mischief from the spirit world.
Kambo is the secretion of the Giant Monkey Tree Frog, native to the upper Amazon basin, where indigenous communities, such as the Matsés and Yawanawa, have worked with it for generations. While not psychedelic, kambo is psychoactive, guiding people into deep encounters with themselves. The process can feel intense, taking you to your edges, to spiritually face death and remember your strength. It’s through sitting with these raw, physical sensations that people often find real change. Kambo helps us meet life more fully, with clarity and resilience.
The benefits of kambo range from deep physical cleansing and detoxification to spiritual and ancestral healing.
